Insurance/Inspector
Millennium Information Services is expanding in your area. We are looking for independent contractors to perform exterior residential property insurance surveys in a local territory. Fees vary based on type of inspection, time-frame, client and location.
Responsibilities include taking digital photos of residential properties, documenting any hazards on property, determining type of building material, and diagraming the property.
Specific requirement for the contract include:
o Inspection and/or field survey experience preferred, construction and or real estate experience in lieu of inspection experience considered
o PC experience
o Complete background check
o GPS Digital Camera
o Cell phone
o PC with High Speed Internet Access
o Mapping software or GPS
o Measuring Wheel
o Fold up 17 foot ladder
o Dependable Vehicle in good condition
