Would need to have business insurance (costs 30 to 60/month).
Would need to provide all cleaning supplies.
Would need to come knowledgeable about what to do in different cleaning scenarios that come up.
Someone that knows toilet bowl cleaner should only be used for the toilet.
Must know what to use to clean a granite countertop, hardwood floors etc.
I am good at advertising and getting clients.
I need good reliable knowledgeable hard working cleaners to keep the clients happy.
We work anywhere within 30 minutes from Belpre Ohio.
And some jobs even further.
Must pass drug test (plant friendly) and background check.
You will pay taxes on this at end of year.
I advise you to talk to an accountant.
You can write off mileage, cleaning supplies etc.

This is a great job for someone who likes to clean and is knowledgeable about cleaning.
Unfortunately, the 2 years experience is very important and I do require it to be considered.

Hours vary but only include daytime mon thru Fri.
Wed evening.
And all day Saturday.
Must have reliable transportation.
Considering paying flat rate rather than hourly.
Open to negotiation with the right person.
