Job Description The Laborer's primary responsibility is to follow procedures for counting, labeling, and preparing items for shipment.
Other duties may be assigned based on availability of product(s).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions regarding completion of job duties.
Willingness and ability to prepare and package orders accurately while following proper procedures.
Ability to apply correct labeling to items.
Must be willing and able to work in an extremely busy environment requiring above-average organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure while accurately maintaining satisfactory progress and meeting established deadlines.
Willingness to provide a high level of quality customer service to our internal and external customers.
Must be willing to demonstrate professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic, and attitude.
Must be willing to work as part of a team.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to exhibit reading, writing, and math levels equivalent of a high school graduate preferred.
Must have ability to pass criminal background check.
Must have ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and bend during the scheduled work shift.
