Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and provide information to customers - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies - Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of electronics sales and wireless products is a plus - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is highly desired - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient customer service - Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred Note:
