50 an hour We are currently hiring a Claims Support Specialist for one of our top clients in Parkersburg, WV! This position is responsible for:
Assisting the claim adjuster, answering all incoming claims phone calls.
Clerical and data entry of the claim/problem, assit in processing claims Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information.
Processing mail and preparing items for destruction.
The Support Specialist will also respond to inquiries from customers, including but not limited to, adjusters, policyholders, and agents.
Handle all inquiries with customer service as a priority.
Assisting claims personnel with various activities such as verifying policyholder information, completing paperwork, preparing file jackets, and entering claims information into the claims management system.
Qualifications are:
Minimum of one-year data entry experience in an office setting.
Proficient with basic computer systems (MS Outlook & Word), be able to type 35 words per minute & 60 net data entry keystrokes per minute is preferred.
Have the ability to multitask and be extremely detail oriented Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and are able to work with minimal supervision.
High School Diploma or GED This is a full-time position.
Hours are Monday thru Friday 9:
00 AM to 5:
30 PM.
Pay for this position starts out at $15.
00 to 15.
50 an hour based on experiance.
