5K a year 19 hours ago 19 hours ago 19 hours ago Job purpose The Customer Experience Team Assistant reports directly to the Customer Experience Team Supervisor and will be responsible for greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors and customers appropriately, either on the phone or in person.
This individual will also train in basic order entry and Inside Sales functions to aid in high volume periods and/or staffing shortages.
The Inside Sales Assistant role will be utilized as an entry level position to Inside Sales.
Duties and responsibilities Serves visitors and customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately Answer the main company line in a timely, courteous, and professional manner Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival Maintains security protocols related to visitors Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries Directs calls and/or visitors by maintaining/updating employee department directories Send all shipping notices to customers daily Perform basic order entry and inside sales duties Learn product and processes used in daily Inside Sales activity Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education- high school diploma or GED Experience- at least 1 year of previous office environment experience Quality performance on all responsibilities.
Ability to identify areas for continuous improvement in area to save time and money for both Wincore and our customers.
Possess a positive attitude, self-motivator and excellent organizational skills.
Maintain good attendance by coming to as scheduled and on time.
Ability to deal with frequent change or unexpected delays in a calm and efficient manner.
Proficient in Word, Excel and Gmail Other Duties Assigned Working conditions This job requires a person to work in a professional no-walls office environment.
Office hours could potentially range from 7:
30am - 5:
30pm, working with potentially frustrated customers.
Physical requirements Drug free workplace Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, safety glasses/side shields, gloves, safety shoes if performing tasks on the production floor Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
